The licensee's mandated reporter expired in 2023. The licensee stated she confused the mandated reporter with preventative health certification and did not review the mandated reporter but renewed preventative health and cpr.
Resolution: The licensee stated she would renew her mandated reporter and email a copy to the lpa by the due date.
