Each child shall have the right to receive or reject medical care, or health-related services, except for minors for whom a guardian, conservator or other legal authority has been appointed.This requirement was not met as evidence by: Based on LPA's interviews, and record review, S1 gave C1 cashew which C1 was known to be allergic to and staff failed to administer EpiPen to C1 immediately as directed by C1’s parent & physician. Staff also failed to seek outside medical treatment immediately to help C1. This poses an immediate risk to the child's health and safety.
