Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed menu posted had a date of 10/21/22 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the classroom at 9:40 AM LPA observed Lysol spray, Lysol wipes, and BCP Hand Sanitizer at the childrens drinking fountain. LPA also observed BCP bottles stored on the floor of the childrens restoom and inside an open storage area. On the back of the BCP label it reads " Keep out of Reach of Children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
