Licensee stated adult daughter returned home last night and had not had oppotrunity to obtain criminal record clearance, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 5 adults living in the home which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: licensee will have adult daughter fingerprinted and associated to the home and send LPA Rivas copy of clearances.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 records, her certificate has expired which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: licensee will obtain mandated reporter training and send copy of certificate by plan of correction date. Copy of certificate can be emailed to LPA Rivas at patricia.rivas@dss.ca.gov
