Based on observation the licensee did not not have an Infant Sleeping Plan (lic 9227) nor documentation of the 15 minute checks. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: licensee will have lic 9227 completed and begin completion of 15 minute check. copy of lic 9227 and 15 minute check to be sent to LPA by plan of correction date
Based on observation licensee did not comply with above section cited, LPA observed licenee was caring for 5 children outside and one infant was asleep in room where licensee was not able to visually observe child sleeping, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During visit licensee made sleeping arrangements to have visual observation. licensee will place sleeping child in room where she can have visual observation . LIcensee will certify plan which includes but is not limited to moving crib/play yard where she can have visual observation of sleeping children. Certification to be sent to LPA by plan ot correction date.
