Based on interview and record review,, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which the licensee has not conducted a fire drill within the last 6 months which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LIcensee will conduct a fire drill every 6 months and document the drills. Licensee will email LPA Mohr at melinda.mohr@dss.ca.gov
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which C1 - C4 do not have 15 minute sleep checks, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will do 15 minute sleep checks for C1- C4 starting 12/05/23, and will do a sleep log for every newly enrolled child until the age of 2. Licensee will email proof of the sleep log to LPA Mohr at Melinda.mohr@dss.ca.gov
Based on interview andrecord review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which C3 does not have and Individual Sleep Plan LIC9227, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will have the guardians of C3 fill out and sign the LIC9227. Licensee will email LIC9227 to LPA Mohr at melinda.mohr@dss.ca.gov
