Resolution: Licensee will complete mandated reporter training and send copy of certificate to LPA Sims via email to sydney.sims@dss.ca.gov by 02/14/25

Resolution: Licensee agrees to send 2 days worth of sleep checks for 4 infants in care to CCLD. Licensee will email them to LPA by 4/9/24 @ tammy.dutra@dss.ca.gov.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to send a copy of Assistants Mandated reporter certificate to CCLD by 4/9/24. Send certificate to LPA @ tammy.dutra@dss.ca.gov
