Resolution: Per licensee will provide copy of purchase receipt for the required fire extinguisher size 2A 10BC to LPA via email by POC due date.
Based on observation and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 4 out of 4 infants in care did not have a sleep log which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee will begin maintaining a sleep log for the four infants in care and provide verification to LPA via email by POC due date.

Resolution: Per licensee, assistant and licensee will complete AB1207 training and submit certification to LPA via email by POC due date.
