Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPAs observed 1 infant child sleeping in a car seat which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall submit by the POC date 7/03/2025 a plan of correction detailing how she will prevent this violation from repeating. As well as a summary of undersanding of the Safe Sleep Regulations.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that she could not provide a current safe sleep log documenting safe sleep checks during nap time which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall submit by the POC date a plan of action deatiling how she will remain in compliance with this regulation going forward, as well as a copy of the safe sleep check log begining 7/3/2025.
