Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in three out of five infants were swaddled which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will come up with a plan to ensure compliance then send the plan to CCL by POC date.
Based on observation, and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above there was only one person providing care to five infants and two preschoolers upon arrival which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will review regulation staffing and ratio then come up with a plan in case there is another emergency to ensure compliance. Licensee will send the plan to CCL by POC date.
Based on observation and conformation from the licensee, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in there five infants in care which over the amount of infants that can be in a child care home which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will bring her child care home back in to compliance by not having more than four infants at one given time. **Licensee called one of her parents and had them pick up their infant which brought the home back in to compliance.
